Hyrum. I sell on Amazon myself. Canyon Rim Audits is a service of my Idaho company, Canyon Rim Digital LLC.
Are you an agency?
No. I do the audit and write the report myself.
Which accounts do you work with?
US Seller Central accounts using FBA, ideally with 20 or more products. Not sure? Email me.
Access and security
Do you need my password?
No. You add me as a read-only user from your own account and can remove me any time.
What permissions do you need?
View on a short list of reports, plus Edit on Manage Your Cases. Full list on How it works.
Will you change anything?
Not during the audit. After that, only cases you approve in writing. I never touch listings, prices, inventory or ads.
What happens to my data?
It's used only for your audit and never shared. See Privacy.
The audit
I already use a reimbursement service. Do I need this?
Probably. So did I. They chase lost inventory. The money in my accounts was in fees, size tiers, storage, listings and ads. I check their work as a bonus.
What if you find nothing?
You get a report saying your account is in good shape, and why. The audit pays for the work, not a result.
How long does it take?
5 business days from access. Your part is about 10 minutes.
Can a re-measure raise my fees?
Yes. I flag items listed too small so you don't ask for one that costs you more.
Do you manage ads?
No. I hand you a list of changes. You or your ads person make them.

$497 for the audit, or $297 founding price for the first 5 clients. Done for you is 20% of results. Monthly check is $199. Pricing.
Can you guarantee Amazon will pay?
No one honestly can. Amazon decides every case. I guarantee the work and the report.
